1. SCM courses following on The Fresh Connection?
The Fresh Connection is an enriching and educational experience. You are able to test your vision and prove your competenc in a realistic, competitive  environment. But it does not stop there. You can develop your expertise in supply chain management a step further. In fact, it is quite likely you want to go beyond the game. The Fresh Connection is an excellent inducement to sharpen up your theoretical knowledge and insights.

Optional components of the programme:

  • An evaluation report. In this report you receive personal feedback on your performance as a team. What were the crucial decisions? What was good, or bad, about the decisions taken? What lessons should have been learned? The evaluation report helps to ensure the lessons learned in The Fresh Connection will leave a lasting impression.
  • A day course. In this course feedback is given on the past 7 rounds and the performance of the teams on the one hand, and your knowledge of supply chain management best practices is further refined in the other hand.
    A worthwhile, interactive course offering expertise that can be put into practice immediately. As a participant you can attend a day training on one the following dates:
    • May 6th 2010 (Sint-Martens-Latem - HQ MÖBIUS)
    • May 20th 2010 (Tervuren - HQ SAS)
    • June 3rd 2010 (Sint-Martens-HQ MÖBIUS)

Should you not have registered for the day training module yet, you can still do so until April 30th 2010 by clicking. Register and mentioning the date of your preference in  the box 'remarks'.

  • S&OP enabler of Supply Chain Strategy - May 27th 2010, Antwerp
  • More service with less stock - June 8th 2010, Antwerp
  • Techniques fo a more accurate forecast - June 15th 2010, Antwerp
  • Necessary planning levels and their integration for higher flexibility at lower costs - June 24th 2010, Antwerp.

3. In-Company formula's The Fresh Connection
Several In-Company formula's are possible, according to:

  • the objective (regardingg strategic shifts, with respect to an S&OP project, enthancing SCM knowledge, boosting (extended) collaborative SCM, team building, etc.)
  • and the participants' profile (strategic management level, tactical or operational level)
